We are seeking a Senior Global Mobility Advisor to shape and support Woodside’s global mobility program, enabling the compliant, efficient, and practical deployment of talent across jurisdictions. The role combines policy, governance, process design, and stakeholder advisory responsibilities, with a strong focus on risk management, employee experience, and scalable delivery.
Requirements
- Extensive global mobility experience in a complex, multi-jurisdictional environment
- Deep expertise in mobility policy, governance, and exception framework design
- Background in international tax, and significant exposure to global immigration, payroll, and employment law interfaces
- Experience supporting new country entry, mobilisation programs, and complex cross-border workforce deployment
- Strong vendor governance and service management capability
- Strong judgment and risk awareness in complex mobility scenarios
- Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders with credibility and pragmatism
- Structured problem solving and sound decision making
- High attention to detail and strong governance discipline
