Account Executive - Mid Market UK&I

We're hiring an Account Executive to drive new business across in-house legal teams. The role involves building a pipeline, running tight sales processes, and closing deals. It's an early-stage environment with a high-performance culture, where people are expected to take ownership of real problems and move quickly to achieve outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally mid-market
• Track record of hitting quota and closing deals (~$50k ACV)
• Strong in discovery, demo, and value-led selling
• Comfortable selling into complex organisations and senior stakeholders
• High ownership — you take responsibility for outcomes, not just activity
