As a Senior Corporate Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting top talent for internal mid-level and senior-level openings across both Latin America and the United States.
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience in sourcing for internal/corporate roles and mid-level to senior-level positions in both Latin America and the US
- Demonstrated success sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of business functions
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- C1/C2 English language skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sourcing tools
