As an Engagement Manager, you will lead complex customer engagements, drive long-term value realization, and orchestrate cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for successful implementation and ongoing value realization for enterprise customers.
You will own end-to-end customer engagements, lead project and program delivery, engage senior customer stakeholders, drive adoption and measurable impact, and provide strategic and solution guidance.
You will thrive in this role if you are naturally curious, have strong project and program management skills, are comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders, and embody humbleness and a collaborative mindset.
