We are Workerbase, a rapidly growing B2B software company that transforms shopfloor operations. We are looking for a Business Development Representative to build a high-quality pipeline in a structured and data-driven way.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, startup, or a dynamic tech environment
- Structured and analytical thinking in conversion rates, experiments, and optimization loops
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and take ownership of outreach efforts
- First experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
- Proficiency in German and English (C1/C2)
