Job Description
Our client, a leading FMCG company, is seeking Sales Officers to drive product sales and market expansion in Owerri, Bayelsa, Asaba, Calabar, and Yobe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG sales, preferably in biscuits and sweets, with a proven ability to meet sales targets and manage customer relationships.
Requirements
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product penetration and market share.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in assigned locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to drive sales growth.
- Ensure effective product visibility and placement in key retail and distribution outlets.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports on market activities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and activations.
