Workplace Options is seeking a dynamic and strategic account manager to oversee a portfolio of business dedicated exclusively to distributor associations. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact across all organizational levels within client accounts, driving commitment, strategic growth, and long-term value.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in account management, channel sales, or customer success roles, preferably in a re-selling, distribution, or partner-centric environment.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- In-depth knowledge of re-selling ecosystems and B2B sales processes
- Solid entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive revenue through strategic planning
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills, including experience working with senior-level executives
- Demonstrated experience in conducting QBRs, developing account growth plans, and effectively resolving client problems
- Experience with CRM systems and relationship intelligence platforms
- Ability to collaborate interfunctionally and coordinate the participation of internal experts
- Strong financial knowledge and strategic thinking to support the execution of marketing initiatives (GTM)
