Job Description
The Individual Giving Director will lead one of World Central Kitchen's most critical funding streams, building and deepening relationships with major donors, family foundations, and individual supporters to drive growth and revenue. The role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of individual giving experience
- 3-5 years of team leadership experience
- Fluency with fundraising and donor engagement technology
- Awareness of philanthropy trends and donor expectations
- Exceptional communication skills and confidence to engage senior executives and high-net-worth individuals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
