Job Description
World Insurance Associates is seeking a Sales Executive - Employee Benefits to identify, prospect, and close new employee benefits clients by leveraging their unique capabilities and broad market access. The role involves designing and delivering employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits, as well as commercial and personal lines insurance, 401(k) and retirement plans, and payroll and human resources outsourcing services.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience working in an insurance brokerage or carrier
- Excellent listening skills and a strong customer focus
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
- Experience with Employee Benefits and Sales software platforms such as BenefitPoint and sales CRM's like HubSpot
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
