Job Description
World Insurance Associates is seeking a Sales Executive - Employee Benefits to identify, prospect, cultivate, and close new employee benefits clients, leveraging the company's unique capabilities and broad market access.
Requirements
- 3-5 years+ of experience working in an insurance brokerage or carrier
- Excellent listening skills and strong customer focus
- Consultative and positive approach to dealing with prospective clients and associates
- Experience with Employee Benefits and Sales software platforms such as BenefitPoint and sales CRM's like HubSpot
