Sales Executive - Employee Benefits

World Insurance Associates is a financial services organization seeking a Sales Executive - Employee Benefits to identify, prospect, and close new employee benefits clients. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in an insurance brokerage or carrier and possess excellent listening skills, customer focus, and a strong sense of urgency.

Requirements

• Identifying, soliciting, and closing new Employee Benefits business
• Utilizing cold calls, prospecting emails, mail, professional associations, and networking to identify, contact, cultivate, and close new business opportunities
• Identifying opportunities to bring all of World's solutions to clients beyond employee benefits
