Sales Executive - Employee Benefits

World Insurance Associates is a unique financial services organization seeking a Sales Executive - Employee Benefits to identify, prospect, and close new employee benefits clients by leveraging the company's capabilities and market access. The role involves designing and delivering employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits, as well as complementary solutions such as commercial and personal lines insurance, 401(k) and retirement plans, and payroll and human resources outsourcing services.

Requirements

• Identify, prospect, and close new employee benefits clients
• Design and deliver employee benefits programs
• Identify opportunities to bring all of World's solutions to clients
• Identify exposures, make recommendations, and create custom programs to eliminate gaps in coverage
• Drive account retention and maintain client relationships
