Sales Executive - Employee Benefits

World Insurance Associates is a financial services organization with a global network of brokers and specialists who empower people to make informed decisions to improve their risk management outcomes, modernize their benefits programs, and help them achieve their long-term financial goals. The company is seeking a Sales Executive - Employee Benefits to identify, prospect, and close new employee benefits clients by leveraging World's unique capabilities and broad market access.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience working in an insurance brokerage or carrier
• Personable and highly motivated to grow personal success
• Excellent listening skills and strong customer focus
• Consultative and positive approach to dealing with prospective clients and associates
• Experience with Employee Benefits and Sales software platforms such as BenefitPoint and sales CRM's like HubSpot
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to solve problems with minimal assistance
• Discretion surrounding sensitive information
