Job Description
Senior Support Analyst - Associate seeks a candidate with Unix/Linux skills, strong database knowledge, and prior experience with BPS (Broadridge). Knowledge of programming languages, financial services industry, and scheduling tools is a plus. Experience in investment banking environment is desirable.
Requirements
- Unix/Linux skills
- Shell/Perl scripting
- SQL/Sybase/Oracle database knowledge
- Prior experience with BPS (Broadridge)
- Programming languages (JAVA or C++)
- Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry
- Hands-on IT support experience
- Middle Office systems and Settlement systems knowledge
- Scheduling tools (Autosys)
- Functional/technical support experience in investment banking environment
- ITIL standards and structured, formal environments
