Join our Sales team as a Territory Manager supporting our Amtrol business, covering the Mid-Atlantic region. The Territory Manager is responsible for meeting sales quotas in designated territories, developing ongoing, profitable relationships with customers, and maintaining a professional image of the company.
Requirements

- Collect, interpret, and communicate market intelligence
- Maintain Win/Loss data to drive profitable growth
- Identify NPD initiatives and work closely with the product management team
- Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge
- Travel regularly to ensure appropriate travel and office time
- Product Development: Identify and prioritize future product-development requirements
- Conduct quarterly reviews with Sales Manager to review sales expectations and performance
- Attend key account managers meetings quarterly with customers
- Work directly with assigned customers and inside sales to obtain accurate information to support forecasting initiatives
- Strengthen all current and potential customer relationships in the assigned areas of responsibility
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities for assigned territories
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
- Demonstrate the ability to gather and submit detailed business information and problem solving specific to pricing and market conditions relative to our customers current and future needs
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
