We are seeking a visionary, hands-on VP of Revenue Operations & Enablement to architect the systems, processes, and programs that drive revenue growth across new business and client expansion, partnering with marketing, sales, client services and finance. This leader will connect GTM strategy with operational execution—owning GTM revenue forecasting and analysis, pipeline management, data and tech infrastructure, GTM playbook orchestration, and enablement programs—to empower teams with the tools, insights, and structure they need to perform at their best and accelerate Wpromote’s growth.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy, ideally within a tech-enabled services or agency environment.
- 4+ years of experience people management experience, including guiding and mentoring managers to enable a high-performing team and culture
- Deep expertise in Salesforce administration, analytics, and process design—paired with strong understanding of the GTM tech stack (Gong, Chili Piper, Seismic, etc.).
- Proven success leading revenue operations transformation and scaling systems, forecasting, and insights in high-growth environments.
- Experience designing and executing enablement programs that drive adoption, consistency, and measurable improvements in performance.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across executive and functional teams.
- A “builder” mindset—comfortable balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution and iterative improvement.
