Wrike is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide high-touch support experience to customers, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with engineering and product teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on technical or functional product support experience
- Professional English proficiency (C1+ Business minimum)
- Strong background in computing (Mac & PC), networking, web-browser troubleshooting, firewalls, and proxy servers
- Exceptional critical thinking skills and ability to troubleshoot sophisticated problems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and high-pressure situations
