Senior Architect

Senior Architect responsible for developing, modifying, and reviewing drawings, designing and constructing buildings, and interacting with clients. The role involves developing project design concepts, creating BIM/CAD models, and preparing presentations and reports. The Senior Architect will work on multiple projects, manage design tasks, and report on progress to the project lead.

Requirements

• Develops, modifies, and reviews drawings, ensuring incorporation of design intent.
• Develops project design concepts, project BIM/CAD modelling, and prepares presentations and reports.
• Works on multiple projects, providing concepts and techniques, and completing tasks within established deadlines and budgets.
• Interacts with lead country-based clients, participates in project development, and presents ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Prepares, manages, and modifies architectural documents, elevations, sections, and details, following standards and archiving documents as appropriate.
• Develops solutions to technical and design problems, following established design standards.
• Assists Project Designers and Project Architects with concept design development process.
• Manages design tasks, deliverables, and reports on progress against the design programme to the project lead.
• Follows organizational values and exhibits appropriate behaviors.
• Manages time efficiently and assists/input into team meetings to review design programme.
