Senior Architect

The Senior Architect will develop, modify, and review drawings, develop project design concepts, and prepare presentations and reports. They will work on multiple projects, interact with clients, and prepare architectural documents.

Requirements

• Develops, modifies, and reviews drawings ensuring the incorporation of design intent
• Develops and implements project design concepts, project BIM/CAD modelling, developing sketches, conducting research and data collection, preparing presentations and reports
• Works on multiple projects, providing concepts and techniques in ways that may explore new ways of achieving design solutions, completing tasks within established deadlines and budgets
• Prepares, manages, and modifies architectural documents, elevations, sections, and details
• Develops solutions to technical and design problems following established design standards
• Assists in the development of project scope, plans, and services during the contract process
• Prepares 2D and 3D presentations, design drawings and renderings
• Assists Project Designers and Project Architects with concept design development process
