Requirements

• Develop, modify, and review models and drawings to ensure incorporation of design intent.
• Work on multiple projects, completing tasks within established deadlines and budgets, and effectively utilizing resources to address project requirements.
• Interact with internal and external consultants, participating on project development, and present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Prepare, manage, and modify architectural documents, plans, elevations, sections, and details, as directed by others in the project team, following standards.
• Develop solutions to technical and design problems following established design standards and with attention to detail, efficiency and quality.
• Knowledge of Data center, Rail, Aviation, Mixed-Use Project delivery is required.
