Senior Project Engineer - Structural Offshore Wind (Energy)

Senior Project Engineer role to support offshore wind projects, particularly offshore substations, with a focus on engineering and technical matters, including leadership, project management, and design input.

Requirements

• MEng in structural or civil engineering.
• Chartered Engineer or demonstratable progress in working towards.
• Experience in offshore wind engineering and design with a particular focus on offshore substations.
• Track record in delivery of offshore substation projects to at least Front-End Engineering Design.
• Experience in developing key technical documentation in support of main asset procurement such as Employer’s Requirements and Scope of Works.
• Excellent knowledge of the offshore wind industry and project development.
• Knowledge of offshore wind industry standards.
• Knowledge of Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 including a demonstratable understanding of health, safety and environmental best practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with strong leadership and management experience.
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage own workload, meet timescales and coordinate both internal and external stakeholders.
• An established network in the offshore wind industry.
