We're looking for a Sales Chief of Staff to join our fast-growing team and supercharge the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales organization. The ideal candidate will be an ultra-organized, data-savvy, client-ready, and operationally-minded individual who can oversee pipeline operations, refine outbound targeting strategy, and serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Transactions, and Customer Success.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Sales, Sales Ops, Sales Strategy, or a similar role
- Managed CRMs like Salesforce, worked with BI tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, etc.)
- Translate messy pipelines into clean data and actionable insights
- Operational backbone with Type-A personality
- Client-facing communication skills
- Outreach strategy savvy
- Detail-oriented and process-focused
- Team player with cross-functional chops
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
