The Human Resources Director is responsible for planning, coordinating, and administering the personnel activities for the community, including screening, interviewing, and training all exempt and non-exempt employees. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (preferred)
- A minimum of three to five years' experience in a human resource department
- Ability to use Microsoft Office software effectively and have had some experience utilizing an applicant tracking system for posting open positions online
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively with staff and managers
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
