Pastry Cook

Full-time Pastry Cook position available at The Heritage at Brentwood, a premier senior living community in Brentwood, TN. The role requires 3+ years of experience working as a pastry cook in a hotel, restaurant, or similar industry. The candidate will prepare pastries, baked goods, and desserts for various departments and events. Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience working as a pastry cook in a hotel, restaurant, country club, or other similar industry producing pastries, desserts, and breads from scratch
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively
• Working knowledge of kitchen equipment operations and maintenance
• Ability to understand measurements, conversions, nutrition, and diet
