The HR Recruitment Manager will lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the Outsourcing Division, sourcing high-quality talent for white-collar and executive-level positions across sectors including Health, Education, Banking/Fintech and other blue collar related recruitment.
Requirements
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the divisions business objectives and market expansion plans.
- Forecast staffing needs and create recruitment roadmaps for multiple projects and clients.
- Identify, attract, and engage top-tier candidates using multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, headhunting, referrals).
- Build and maintain a talent pool for Health, Education, and Banking sectors.
- Lead, train, and mentor recruitment team members to meet performance targets.
- Allocate tasks and monitor daily activities of recruiters to ensure efficiency.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients to understand hiring requirements and expectations.
- Ensure service delivery meets agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports, dashboards, and candidate databases.
