Requirements

8-10+ years of experience in Product Management for web-based, SaaS, or healthcare technology offerings.
Deep understanding and prior success in driving consumer or patient behavior.
Firm grasp on email & SMS logistics (reputation scores, etc)
Proven track record or strong understanding of implementing ML capabilities within a product ecosystem to drive user action.
Conversant with the latest landscape of generative AI technology such as prompt engineering and MCP, and able to drive product development of gen-AI product capabilities and offerings.
Ability to meaningfully engage in design discussions with software developers.
Extensive experience in Lean, Agile, or Scrum software development processes.
Success as a cross-team influencer with a track record of managing expectations with both internal stakeholders and external enterprise customers.
