The Bid Manager plays a critical role in the end-to-end business proposal response process, managing the development of high-quality, competitive, and compliant proposal responses for enterprise customers.
Requirements
- Manage the bidding process for proposals, including service solutions, process design consulting, and manufacturing services
- Review Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and related documents
- Communicate findings, risks, and observations clearly with sales teams
- Develop and manage proposal project plans and timelines
- Identify and engage key contributors required for each proposal response
- Maintain master proposal documents and manage version control
- Solicit, consolidate, and review content from sales and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with North America (NA), Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA), and Asia Pacific (AP) sales and operations teams
- Facilitate internal proposal reviews and ensure compliance with corporate standards and directives
- Perform high-quality copyediting and proofreading
- Create and format final RFP responses
- Validate and endorse technical solutions
- Identify and communicate trending client requirements and emerging insights
