Proposal Manager

The Proposal Manager acts as key support by facilitating, consulting and guiding a pursuit team through the proposal development process for any client response to a RfX. The role supports the Federal Business Team in developing a compelling Proposal that demonstrates Xerox's value proposition and meets customer needs.

Requirements

• Align fully to any US Federal business requirements and compliance requirements
• Manage multiple deals; demonstrate the ability to prioritize and effectively manage meeting schedules and tasks
• Clearly write compelling proposals to the client which articulates the Xerox story and responds to clients RFx questions accurately
• Develop relationships at all levels in an organization
• Facilitate cross-functional team meetings
• Experience in Proposal/Bid Management advantageous
