LLM / Agentic Systems Engineer

We’re starting a brand-new product from the ground up, building a pragmatic LLM-based agent system, and experimenting with various technologies. As an LLM / Agentic Systems Engineer, you'll help define the system architecture, run technical spikes, and design how agents should behave before they are written.

Requirements

• Strong backend experience
• Solid engineering background in Python or.NET (C#)
• Genuine interest in developing agentic systems
• Comfort with uncertainty and iterative problem-solving
• Ability to think in systems, not just endpoints
• Czech and English language
