Direct Support Professional

We are seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will be able to maximize the individual's strengths, interests, and abilities, while providing emotional support and building positive relationships.

• Administer medication as prescribed
• Teach and develop skills
• Support person-centered advocacy
• Facilitate ethical decision making
• Transport and escort individuals
• Assist with daily living tasks
• Collect and record data on individual's behavior
