Requirements

• Digest product drawings, data, samples, standards, and client-provided materials
• Perform product structure, function, and material analysis
• Compile engineering BOM, product configuration table, and confirm in data system
• Publish to horizontal departments
• Participate in company self-designed product structure review
• Manufacturing process feasibility analysis
• Propose review opinions
• Compile and perfect DFMEA
• Determine relevant materials and processes
• Complete related reviews and file signing work
• Participate in new product development project team
• Responsible for engineering development work during new project development process
• Propose technical requirements for equipment, fixtures, molds, inspection fixtures, and products
• Participate in or support equipment, fixtures, molds, inspection fixtures inspection and installation debugging
• Collaborate with testing center experimental engineers
• Participate in overall component part product testing outline review
• Responsible for independently compiling external outsourcing product testing outlines
• Submit to clients for recognition
• Coordinate with prior manufacturing process engineers
• Participate in product prior testing
• Solve problems related to product structure, materials, drawings, etc. during production/assembly/experiment process
• Organize design changes when necessary
• Use problem lists for problem tracking and management
• Participate in external outsourcing development
• Sign technical requirements with external outsourcing factories
• Evaluate supplier design technical reviews
• Responsible for external outsourcing component engineering recognition and issuance of recognition work
• Coordinate with precise process review personnel
• Complete precise process related reviews
• Track and manage problems
• Participate in project development process
• Introducing and digesting innovative products and technologies
• Participate in various technical activities directly affecting product structure, materials, and data
• Assist in optimizing product development process resources and product costs
• Complete engineering content and files for each stage according to client and Yong Feng system requirements
• Complete assigned tasks by leaders
