Work as a Fresh Graduate (Process) to assist product engineers and inspection engineers in product development, data checking, and manufacturing process analysis. Participate in new product development projects, testing, and cost optimization.

Requirements

• Digest product drawings, data, and sample requirements
• Perform basic product data check work
• Participate in company-owned product design structural review and manufacturing process feasibility analysis
• Join new product development project teams and assist in engineering development work
• Develop original materials, external components, and new processes
• Coordinate external components product trial outlines and submit to customers
• Analyze and track products produced / installed / experiments
• Participate in new product testing and provide recognized data and samples to customers
• Introduce and digest innovative products and technologies during project development
• Participate in cost optimization work during new product development
• Complete engineering content and files at various stages
• Obey safety and environmental policies
• Complete other tasks assigned by department leaders
