As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be working directly with local businesses to help them meet their goals through Yelp's advertising programs. You'll be responsible for educating business owners about the value of Yelp's advertising platform and consistently exceeding monthly quotas.
Requirements
- Educate, strategize, and successfully discuss Yelp advertising programs through a high volume of outbound dialing to business owners.
- Own and manage a pipeline of clients ranging from dentists to florists to restaurant owners- all organized in our CRM (Salesforce).
- Become an expert in Yelp’s advertising solutions, and provide product recommendations quickly to suit client needs - asking probing questions, overcoming customer objections and rejection will be critical to your success.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly quotas - strong work ethic and tenacity are key!
- Track and manage your daily goals to ensure results are met.
- Work one of the following schedules (in your local time), or as otherwise determined by your manager: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; or 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
