Job Description
The Pool Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep and efficient operation of the pools and related equipment within their assigned region of Family Center locations. This role plays a vital part in ensuring a safe and enjoyable aquatic environment, supporting member engagement and retention.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in maintaining commercial swimming pools
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) certification a plus
- First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or working within a community-based organization is a plus
