Job Description
The YMCA is seeking passionate individuals to provide fun and safe after school care for students in Beaverton School District. This part-time position involves assisting teachers in creating a developmentally appropriate classroom environment and fostering positive relationships. Staff may be asked to travel outside of Portland for class or company events.
Requirements
- Pass a YMCA Background Check
- Current enrollment in the Oregon State Childcare Registry or ability to enroll prior to employment.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
- Current Food Handlers certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
- At least 15 years of age
- Minimum 15 years of age
