Job Description
Responsible for providing quality instructional training / coaching to program participants. Assist the Swim Team Director with assigned duties relating design and implement a training plan, supervise swimmers and practices, preparing meet entries, and all on deck activities.
Requirements

- Keep control of behavior of swimmers at all times
- Ensure safety by communicating and enforcing pool rules and policies
- Maintain accurate records on each swimmer
- Communicate effectively to children and parents/guardians
- Meet physical and emotional demands of the job
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide an emotionally secure environment for participants
