Job Description
The YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City is seeking certified instructors to lead group exercise classes in the Northwest District. Instructors are responsible for preparing for classes, maintaining certification, ensuring participant safety, and fostering a positive member experience. They will be paid a salary plus time, and will receive a benefit package as outlined in the job description.
Requirements
- Current CPR/AED/O2/First Aid certification (renewed annually)
- Ability to lift in excess of 10 pounds
- 6 months or 60 hours of practical experience in group exercise class
- YMCA Healthy Lifestyles certification (6 months)
- YMCA Foundations certification (12 months)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
