Job Description
Our Swim Instructor teaches swim lessons in accordance with YMCA policies and Y-USA instructor training. This role requires building relationships with swim lesson participants, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety regulations.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of age
- YMCA Swim Lesson Instructor certification preferred
- Great communication and listening skills to work with staff and members
- Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people
- Completion of YMCA required training upon hire
