We are seeking a Career Coach to support a new initiative that empowers students through a comprehensive, developmental Life Design curriculum. The Career Coach will provide one-on-one and group coaching, work with learners across undergraduate and graduate programs, and deliver research-informed, equity-centred, and pedagogically aligned coaching and programming.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Education, Organizational Leadership, Career Development, or a related field
- Professional certification in coaching or career development, such as ICF, CCCD, or Life Design certification
- Progressive experience in career coaching, student success, leadership development, or similar roles, ideally within higher education
- Design and facilitated workshops, curricula, and digital learning resources for diverse learner populations
- Strong grounding in Life Design, design thinking, and career development theory
- Knowledge of labour market trends, employability skills, and future-of-work insights
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equity
- Innovative, learner-centred mindset
- Project management skills, including the ability to coordinate tasks, track outcomes, and ensure execution aligns with strategy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and virtual presentation tools
