Manager, Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities

Yorkville University and Toronto Film School are hiring a Manager, Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities to oversee student conduct, rights, and behavioural-intervention processes. The successful candidate will play a central part in ensuring procedural fairness and contribute to policy development, guidance on complex situations, and institutional visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Master’s degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Law, Social Work, or a related field (strongly preferred)
• Experience in student conduct, behavioural intervention, or violence risk assessment within a post-secondary environment
• Certification or training in threat assessment, restorative justice, mediation, or related disciplines (considered an asset)
