Job Description
The Swim Lesson Instructor is responsible for implementing the swim lesson program within the YMCA, exemplifying YMCA values, and developing relationships with members, staff, and guests. This role involves daily development, and the individual is expected to be flexible and adaptable.
Requirements
- Physical requirements: Able to move freely and quickly, easily across surfaces, participate in children's games, communicate, bend, lift, and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Position Hours: Monday 5pm-7pm, Saturday 10am-12pm, Private Lessons as needed.
