Administrative Manager provide administrative and office support for all aspects of the program, including preparing paperwork, processing payroll, and maintaining confidential records.
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required
- Associates Degree is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
- Experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system is a plus
- Computer knowledge is necessary, specific skills will be evaluated upon interview
- Some understanding of insurance and third-party billing is helpful
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility in hours and non-traditional work hours, may work some evenings or weekends
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus
- Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance coverage
