Requirements

• Oversee daily activities related to change management.
• Read and understand Prime Contracts, Joint Venture, Consortium or Partnership agreements, and purchase order language.
• Lead team to develop entitlement and change management.
• Monitor and expedite change resolution.
• Ensure proper tracking of extra work cost and hours.
• Develop forecasts for extra work cost and schedule.
• Support preparation and distribution of periodic reports.
• Develop Client or Engineering change orders.
• Ensure claims are managed within the framework of Advanced Work Packaging (AWP).
• Review Request for Information (RFI), Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Design Change Notices (DCNs), and other deviations.
• Develop and process Back charges.
• Prepare documents for budget transfer or cost recovery.
• Maintain interpersonal relationships with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Subcontracts, QC, and other teams.
• Cultivate a culture and environment of communication across EPC Project Team.
• Implement training for Change Management Staff and EPC Departments.
• Support Operational and Technical craft supervision needs.
• Coach, mentor and provide training for change management coordinators.
• Support career and organizational development.
