Job Description
The Lead Procurement Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and negotiating contracts for critical materials, equipment, and subcontracts. This role involves leading small groups, drafting award recommendations, and ensuring compliance with contract management processes. The position focuses on building supplier relationships and maintaining a high level of contract integrity.
Requirements
- Expert level knowledge on procurement related processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in performing commercial analysis of Bidders’ proposals.
- Experience in negotiating award and conducting Bidder conferences.
- Knowledge of Oracle and other job-specific IT support systems.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Experience in managing work in a fast-paced environment.
