Job Description
The Regional Head of Talent Acquisition is responsible for shaping and leading ZALORA’s end-to-end recruitment strategy to attract, engage, and onboard the best talent in the market.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in regional recruitment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in senior-level hiring across the Southeast Asian region
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing TA teams in fast-paced environments
