Zapier is hiring an Enterprise Demand Gen Manager to own pipeline generation for our Enterprise segment. You'll build and run multi-channel campaigns that drive monthly pipeline across enterprise companies with complex buying committees.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on enterprise demand gen and outbound, and a track record of hitting pipeline targets
- Background in SaaS or automation/integration platforms with experience marketing to enterprise IT, Sales Operations, or RevOps personas
- Experience running integrated, complex campaigns across digital, events, and partner channels, and ability to measure impact
- Ability to read signals - product usage, intent, firmographic - as buyer context, not just filters, and translate them into timely, relevant outreach
- Experience running structured experiments - three or more per week - and treating misses as data, not failures
- Ability to build campaigns that Sales actually adopts: sequences, messaging frameworks, and playbooks that scale beyond any individual campaign
- AI-forward mindset with hands-on experience using AI to improve speed, quality, or relevance
- Comfortable with and able to build campaigns for segments without established playbooks
- Hands-on experience with modern outbound engagement platforms (Hubspot, Gong Engage), ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense), and enrichment tools (Clay, ZoomInfo, Apollo)
