Zayo is seeking an Account Director to support large enterprise customers with their mission-critical network and infrastructure needs, particularly with large-scale telecommunications companies, data centers, or cloud service providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in solution-based selling within technology, telecommunications, or infrastructure environments.
- Proven success selling into large enterprise or complex accounts with consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to align solutions to customer business challenges and outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to build executive relationships and operate as a trusted advisor.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals.
- Self-motivated with the ability to operate effectively in an autonomous environment.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and standard business tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of network, cloud, and infrastructure solutions such as Ethernet, IP, dark fiber, colocation, and cloud connectivity.
