Sr Manager, Workplace Technology (AI & Ops)

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead Executive Support, Collaboration Platforms, and Unified Communications Services (UCS) at Zayo, delivering a high-quality experience for executives and driving operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in IT operations, workplace technology, or collaboration/UC services
• Minimum of three (3) years of people leadership experience
• Experience supporting executives/VIP users
• Strong background in collaboration platforms and/or unified communications
• Experience with automation, ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), and ITIL practices preferred
