President Commissioner (Compliance)

The primary duties of the Board of Commissioners are to supervise the policies of the Board of Directors in managing the Company and to provide advice to the Board of Directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, or Law or above
• Legally competent to perform legal acts
• Demonstrates high integrity, good moral character, and strong professional reputation
• Possesses experience in the investment sector, such as capital markets or banking (experience in Commodity Futures Trading is highly preferred)
• Has a strong understanding of risk management, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance
• Demonstrates strong leadership capabilities, strategic analysis skills, and sound decision-making ability
• Is not affiliated with or bound to any company engaged in Commodity Futures Trading
