Zeekr is seeking a Technical and Warranty Support Specialist to combine first-line technical support for workshops with professional responsibility for warranty and claims processes. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with automotive systems, particularly electric vehicles, and good understanding of the interaction between OEM, importer, and dealer.
Requirements
- First-line technical support to dealers and authorized workshops in vehicle diagnostics, fault codes, and repairs
- Guide technicians through troubleshooting, procedures, service information, wiring diagrams, and system functions
- Support the use of Zeekr’s diagnostic tools, software, and technical platforms
- Case Handling and Escalation
- Register, document, and follow up on technical cases in Zeekr’s case management system (TS)
- Perform technical assessments based on symptoms, fault codes, and vehicle history
- Escalate complex or unresolved technical cases to second-line support (Amsterdam) when needed
- Professional responsibility for warranty operations in the Norwegian market
- First-line assessment, quality assurance, and approval of dealers’ warranty cases before possible escalation to Zeekr Europe
- Dialogue and coordination with dealers and Zeekr Europe regarding warranty, claims, and goodwill cases
- Assess and follow up on goodwill cases in accordance with applicable policies and authority levels
- Ensure compliance with technical and warranty-related policies, processes, and deadlines
- Identify recurring technical faults and warranty deviations, and propose improvements to processes, documentation, and tools
- Report quality deviations and unusual fault trends to the After Sales organization
- Contribute to technical training and competence development within the dealer network
- Translate and adapt technical and warranty-related training materials into the local language
- Support onboarding of new dealers, workshops, and technicians
- Solid experience with automotive systems, particularly electric vehicles
- Experience in technical support, warranty work, diagnostics, or workshop operations
- Good understanding of the interaction between OEM, importer, and dealer
- Competence in troubleshooting, use of diagnostic tools, and interpretation of technical documentation
- Knowledge of warranty and claims processes is a strong advantage
- EV experience, including HV certification (Safe Mode / HV disconnection), is desirable
